One space. Gentle transitions.
The living room, dining area and kitchen share light from one long wall of windows. Dark walnut cabinetry orders the backdrop, while a pale island, round table and soft sofa give each area its own scale. A continuous floor leads between them without additional boundaries.

01 / Concept programme
The need comes first.
The form follows.
A shared living area with a place to relax, dining by the glazing, an island and a full wall of kitchen cabinetry.
An open plan need not mean a single way of using the space. In this concept, areas are identified by furniture shapes and heights: a low sofa, a round table and the kitchen's stone monolith.
- 01
Cabinetry forms the backdrop
A full wall of fronts concentrates storage and appliances. A pale working recess defines the food preparation area.
- 02
The table enjoys the light
The dining area sits by the windows. A round tabletop and shaped chairs introduce softer forms between the cabinetry's straight divisions.
- 03
The living room stays low
The sofa and coffee table maintain a calm horizon. A soft rug defines the relaxation area without interrupting the floor's continuity.
02 / Spatial relationships
Around a shared table. Close to everyday life.
From the dining area's perspective, the kitchen becomes a calm backdrop. The island separates activities while maintaining a view between areas. Repeated walnut connects freestanding furniture and cabinetry.

03 / Materials up close
Texture. Edge.
Everyday contact.

- Dark walnut
- Cabinetry, table and chairs. A shared wood tone connects furnishings made at different scales.
- Pale stone
- Island and kitchen recess. The island's gentle corner emphasises its mass without a sharp edge.
- Linen and pale fabric
- Curtains, seats and sofa. Different textures in similar tones balance the dark wood.
- Smoked oak
- Wide floorboards form a continuous base for the living room, dining area and kitchen.
Form shaped around everyday gestures.
The island's gentle edge, a rounded chair back and the sofa's soft line develop one motif in different materials. This way of organising the interior leaves room for everyday objects and changing needs.
